Hey Moon
I apologize for the lack of updates. This post is in regards to those of you asking “Why have updates trickled to an almost stop?

I have had so much going on irl (did I really just use that term?). I’ve also been deciding if I want to keep this tumblr going or not.

I still love the music this band puts out, but I’m not sure I agree with the presence this band has anymore. Maybe I’m just getting older, and have grown out of the band. Who knows? I’m just not sure I agree with the message I feel they are sending to fans these days. The band has changed and that’s okay (haha get it?). I just don’t feel connected anymore to their message, I guess.

I just keep thinking back to the album, Pretty. Odd. The feeling from that summer that I would get when I would listen to the album. The feeling that everything would be alright, because I had friends who loved me and an album that just seemed to “get me”. Every song on that album struck a place in my heart. I felt like there was such a love for the fans during that time and that there was a connection between us all that was based in positivity and an uplifting feeling that we got from that album when it was played live. I don’t get that feeling anymore from them live.

I in no way mean for this to be a negative post. I just wanted to type out how I’m feeling on this rainy Sunday afternoon, I guess. This band has given me so much through gained friendships and music to go to when I need a pick me up, but maybe it’s time to say goodbye!

If I choose not to come back to this tumblr, I just wanted to say thank you to all of you guys for being the best followers a girl could ask for! <3

The US tour starts tonight in Reno, and we are very excited to kick things off in our home state! We had an amazing time in the spring, but weren’t able to play as many cities as we would’ve liked. If you couldn’t see us then, hopefully we are coming close enough to you that you can on this run!…
